Our Signature Mango Pickle is the heart of Acharwali. Following a 40-year-old family recipe from the hills of Uttarakhand, we use “Ramkela” mangoes known for their firm texture. Each batch is sun-matured for 15 days in traditional ceramic jars (Barnis) to develop a deep, tangy flavor that stays fresh for a year without any artificial preservatives.

  • Ingredients: Raw Mango, Mustard Oil, Fenugreek, Fennel, Nigella Seeds (Kalonji), Turmeric, Red Chili, Salt.

  • Pro Tip: Best enjoyed with hot Parathas and a dollop of fresh butter.
